Restrict Access to Form Responses

Is there anyway to restrict access to the Form Response?

Will like to be able to restrict the access to the responses for a particular form, to the owner of the form. I have restricted the View, Create, Delete, Update but there does not seem to be a way to restrict access to the response of the form itself.

However, anyone with access to the backend can still see the form response. Will be best if a user can only see the list of forms which they are given permission to.
