Error connect to Oracle when creating new project

Hi everyone,

I get error when creating SF project connect to oracle db.

My environment:
    1) I have SF run on IIS 7.7 (Win 7 64bit)
        I Follow docs.sitefinity.com/configure-the-iis-to-host-sitefinity-projects to prepare the IIS
        I created SF project using SF Project manager and attached it as virtual application within IIS Default Website
        I have installed ODAC ver 12 32bit for windows (i have tried the 64bit)
        I set the TNS (i can connect with other app e.g. 'Toad For Oracle' from this machine)
    2) Oracle XE 11g
        I create user for sitefinity and grant several related priviledge

So, when creating project, i get and error ORA-22062 (in err2.png),
I switched the ODAC version with 64bit but still not work,
I also tried switcing the IIS  on Application Pools/DefaultAppPool/Advance Setting, then switch the "Enable the 32 bit Applications=true" , but still not work(in err1.png).

I don't have any idea to resolve it, can someone give me clue whats missing?
