Is it possible to apply themes to each user? Obivously was a larger user base, there is no sense changing the theme. People have come to accept 1 theme. But if it breaks out that there is a light theme and possibly a high contrast theme, riots might occur over a battle to what theme will work for everyone.

Is it possible for a default theme for all, but then some users to change their theme choosing?
