Where can I find each Catergory's GUID?

So I'm following the instructions on the page below to display a selection of categories:

docs.sitefinity.com/categories-widget

Section 5b states "In SelectedTaxaIds, enter one or more categories’ GUIDs", but where can I find the GUID for each category without querying the DB directly, as our Content Editors don't have access to do this?
