Getting back the Default Application Status Page

Hi ! 

We have an application which is going to Beta and for that we have pushed the code from Staging to Production. There seems to be some DB connection issues but due to the fact that we are using Custom Application Status Pages, we are now not able to get a detailed information of the errors and warnings. When we open the site, all we see is "Application is restarting" which is a custom message written by us. 

For this reason we would like to see a detailed status of errors. I have gone through the log files in Sitefinity folder but it's of no help. I have tried custom errors mode="off" but found no leads.

Any suggestion or help is appreciated.
