Sitefinity STS WIF 3.5 - when is it going to be upgraded?

Trying to get some automated building set up on our sitefinity projects, and started working with the SitefinitySTS we use for connection to our ADFS implementation.  I realize I can install WIF 3.5 into the GAC, but noticed that if we just move to WIF 4.5 it's included in the .NET framework and I wouldn't have to worry about that on my build machines.

I realized that we are using the package we got from our original version, so I went to get the new one from 9.2 and 9.1.  I was surprised that these haven't been updated to the new WIF framework.  When will these be changed and updated so that we can use the newer WIF 4.5?
