Cant run sitefinity

Hi,  my customer give me a project sitefinity but I cant run local

I installed windows server 2012 +iis+mssql 2016

When I try to run I get error

HTTP Error 500.19 - Internal Server Error
The requested page cannot be accessed because the related configuration data for the page is invalid.

This error occurs when there is a problem reading the configuration file for the Web server or Web application. In some cases, the event logs may contain more information about what caused this error.

Do you have detailed logs?  Because issue description is not informative.

But first thing what you can try is to install URL rewrite module: www.iis.net/.../url-rewrite

If it is not installed, it might cause this issue

install url rewrite

Website cannot connect to DB. You need to check conneciton string. 

Connection string can be in web.config or in App_Data\Sitefinity\Configuration\DataConfig.config
