Windows Authentication Required for Front End

Hello,

I'm trying to configure SF to use Windows Authentication for ALL SF pages and am at a loss as to how to do this.  I have successfully configured the WindowsAuth identity server project and can add/remove Windows users in SF, but what I really need is that for ALL domain users to be considered a SF user and be logged in by default.  How can this be accomplished?
