System Initializing screen after editing page permissions

Hello,

I am trying to break inheritance on list & page permissions. After breaking the inheritance or finally being able to edit 1 or 2 permissions, the site restarts and the system initializing screen is shown. 

We are on SiteFinity 8.2. Is this a known issue or is there a setting to prevent the site from restarting when performing user administration activity?
