Sitefinity documents upload from code is not searching OOB

 document being published from Sitefinity Backend are being searched but document which are being uploaded through custom code are  being searched through Search functionality. 

If we upload the document into the library then its behavior performing correctly but uploaded documents from Arabic Forum form not retrieved in search records. We have posted this scenario on Telerik forum as well to overcome this issue as earliest.

Can you share the code you are using?
