Hi,

In my company i'm trying to change the subject email notification template. My customer asked me if possible include the ID and Name of the people who write on my form contact. I can only have the form description and i saw the template on DB and i found something like this "|Form.Fields|"

 

In that "|Form.Fields|" there is the name and ID and i want to use it on the subject Email Notification.

 

If it possible???.
