Problem with creating a custom view

Hello,

I'm following Thierry Ciot blog posts in order to learn to create custom views/components.

I'm stuck on the following problem:

When I try running that example custom view - https://github.com/thierryciot/kendoui-builder-template-samples/tree/master/templates/views/custom-hello-world-v1

The design-time template is working fine, but I get an error on the app generation phase that view/viewConfig isn't defined. I'm working on an Angular 5 app and I haven't made any changes to the sample.

I read the custom views official documentation and It seems to me that the sample structure is correct.

Would somebody give me a hint what I'm could I be doing wrong?
