It appears that a DDL (dropDownList) will not cascade from a CMB (combobox); this seems wrong to me.

I tried changing changing the DropDownList for categories to use a ComboBox in the following example and it worked fine for me.

Do you get any errors in the JavaScript Console?
Do you get the records filtered at all?
