editing my table

I have 4 DDL (drop down lists) in my blank form which get me to the record I want to be able to edit. 

For the actual fields of the table which are being edited, should I continue creating ROW ( COL ( Label ) COL ( Input ) ) entries in my blank form, or is there a smarter way to deal with the input fields and labels?
