Custom Grid with both server/client side filtering

I need to create a data grid with server side filtering and client side filtering.I am using JSON API as a data source. If you can please help me .

• Blank view - Data Grid - View Data source (Inbuilt in builder ) - Custom filter (Which add some string to the request url)
