Invalid serial number or control code - The entered configur

Folks, I am trying to test KUIB for Progress, but after entered this serial number and control code

The entered configuration information is incorrect.  Re-enter the configuration data.

I tried several times and the serial number and control code looks invalid.

And...

After sending e-mails for get some help for progress@subscribenet.com I got this error
