Export excel Content type

I want create button to export data excel on backend screen list in CMS. I don't export all Module Builder as guide following because user login with custom role can't access Administration » Module Builder.

1. In the main menu, click Administration » Module Builder.
2. Click the Actions link of the module you want to export.
3. In the dropdown box, click Export content.
4. Save the Excel file.

Please give me idea to create this function.
