Greetings!

As a person responsible for knowledge program here at Program, I am very interested in knowing whether any of our customers are interested in creating knowledgebase articles. Depending on the interest level, we could be working on a process so customers can submit content.

Thank you,

Mei

I don't know if I would submit entire KB articles, given the chance.  And for those who do, hopefully there would be a vetting process for the community-submitted content and code samples.  Being enthusiastic and being correct are two different things.  ;)

But I have certainly often wanted to submit more feedback on an existing article than the 255 characters currently permitted.  I would welcome changes to extend the feedback functionality, e.g. increase that limit, provide rich editing capability, optional file upload, contact info fields for follow-up, etc.

Also, if you're responsible for ProKB, I'd love to have a way to easily obtain the public KB URLs of articles returned in its search results.
