Roundtable TSMS 11.6.3

Hi all.

The Roundtable TSMS 11.6.3 patch is available for download.

It's a small patch to push out a few critical items that were fixed in Roundtable TSMS 11.7 (for those of you who cannot upgrade right away).

I haven't looked into RTB 11.7 yet, but I'm curious what would be reasons preventing an upgrade to 11.7 ?
