You can create a Workspace, source any Products and Product Modules as needed and import any Release.

It is not called "branching" specifically, but yes one can create a Workspace, source it to the original, and import into it. Later those change can be imported (or individually assigned) back to the source Workspace.

No its not that. I am asking about a named branch from any folder at any change level.
