Any documentation available on how to use RTB Plug-ins with OE10.2B  after installation ?

OE  help is not in details on this topic.

You can access the RTB TSMS Guide and User Guide from within Eclipse. Help > Help Content. The Plug-in User Guide include a ‘Getting Started’ and ‘How to’ sections.
