Is there a way to move PFILES from one product module to another without having to perform a dump and load? I tried this in the past, but at that time, there was a drop and a recreate of the PFILE in the database (resulting in data loss)

Hi.
If you just create a variant of the PFILE Object, it should be moved to the new Product Module with no update required.
Did you see the drop and add on the Workspace Schema Update or a Deployment? When you build the schema update for the deployment, the node in the treeview should be decorated as either an add or update.
