If you haven't specified a time zone in your Communities profile, the meeting may show up as 5:30 to 9. That's because the default time zone is GMT, and 12:30 to 4 Eastern is indeed 5:30 to 9 GMT :)
Rest assured we're not moving time zone, and the meeting will start at 12:30!
