Two things:

1. You are still receiving the same error when starting your server:

This server is licensed for local logins only. (4393).

Unless you have installed another license (see your yesterdays threads, workgroup or enterprise DB needed) there is nothing anyone could do to help you!

2. You should start technical threads in a forum like

No.

Contact your/their (whoever "they" are) Progress sales rep. For training purposes it should be possible to receive an official evaluation license.

Sorry, that's all you can do.

the database obf.db is not into c:\Openedge\wrk

you have to give the full path to obf.db

got same error,

You can safely ignore the event logger error! That’s o.k.

If it disturbs you, please check the K-Base at http://www.progress.com/support

There are some entries about that (just disturbing) issue.

You have overwritten the previous install. Run the Add Component option and reinstall the development tools.
