Is the activation server down?

I have just re-installed Actional Diagnostics on my PC and when I hit the activation page (http://localhost:8103/sos/v/pub/setup/license/activationRequired) I get this error:


Welcome to Actional Diagnostics
Sorry but we were unable to obtain a connection with the activation server.
Please check your internet connection and try again.

Try again

I have now tried installing Actional on three different machines on different networks and receive the same error message - does anybody know how to fault find this further to see if their is an issue at my end? or let me know if you get the same error when trying to activate?

Actional is no longer a tool owned by Progress Software - and the user groups forum might not get enough attention from the right people @ PSC.

You should contact your Progress salesrep or maybe technical support to find out what your options for activating Actional.
