Frequently this error is caused by the driver not being able to load the dependent Java library jvm.dll. The installer should be installing a JRE and adding an environment variable containing the location of this file to your PATH system environment variable, so please verify that this has occurred. You can also add the path to this file to your PATH env variable yourself. The dll typically resides in JAVA_HOME\bin\server.
