Community monthly calls are back

Posted by Jean Richert on 17-Nov-2014 08:08

Hi all,

Earlier in 2014 we started to book monthly calls with our users to talk about our Community but due to some challenges with the platform we used (MS-Lync and Webex) we had to put these on hold. Now that we have what I hope being a better solution (GoTo), I have rescheduled our first call. Detail are available here.

Hope to see a good number of you guys joining that call.

Are you going to be having them a 9am eastern as a pattern?  I was happier with the 10am eastern.

16.00-17.00 is more likely to reach lots of European folks…

This community.progress.com/.../212.aspx shows it at 10 eastern, 1600 CET, but I thought I saw 9am eastern previously.  The last time I had this confusion I missed the call because it was over by the time I joined.

1600CET, 1500GMT is definitely 1000 Eastern.

This is the first instance of our re-launch. If time is not good we may then change it for the January one.

Meaning the e-mail *does* take the user's time zone into account?   Clever of it, but it should say so!

BTW, the link in post takes one to the *meeting*, not to registration.
