ps:Escript is a product from Progress Professional Services. It is free as long as you take consulting with it.
ProAxima have a forked version of the ps:Escript product (as Matt Verrinder from ProAxima is the original developer). If you want a copy from ProAxima, then you will need to contact them directly.
