I never used it myself. But the page includes the email address of the original author.

I used a paid service from the UK once and they were able to bring back the original source code including the inline comments. But you have to show proof that you own the original source code.

.r code is already compiled code.

What you are trying to do is reverse engineering. That is not possible in Progress.
