Error:JvmStartw.exe has stopped Working with Progress 10.1C

Hi Guys,

I tried installing a couple no of times Progress10.1C on windows 2008 Server, I have no problems during the Installation of ProgressDB,Service Pack & Hotfix.

But when i try to open the Progress Explorer Tool to access the App Servers it gives me an Error Message "JvmStart.exe has stopped working",

I tried even installing the Open Edge Explorer Management tool but when i login into Management Console it doesnot prompt me for the User ID & Password,

Any help would be Appreciated.
