It worked for me yesterday afternoon, and is working fine this morning. Are you picking up a cached version, perhaps? Try CTRL+F5 and see if that fixes it.
It worked for me later yesterday - but very slow. I just tried to download SP3's list of issues fixed. Nothing big, but browser timed out very often before I could get them. Earlier I couldn't even login due to time outs.
Tried different browsers on different PCs...
