I am hoping to find some documentation that will help me interpret the content of the Media Status reports that are provided in the Customer Service portal. Does such a thing exist? I am trying to get my head around the different licensing models ("MTHD"), maintenance terms, costing, detailed product descriptions, and any information that will allow me to assess whether I have the licenses I need, and whether I have any I don't need any longer. Or is the answer going to be "talk to your sales rep"?
