can't start appserver

Now I'm studying on course Distributed AppServer Application Development. I'm Configured appServer according to course tutorial, trying to start it, but gets "Broker start up failed for ASDemo. See broker log file for details". Log file attached.

Your server logfile states: "There is no server for database D:\OPENEDGE\DB\Learning\Sports2000\Sports2000"

Start your database server for sports2000 I would say.
