Where can I get the SDKs compatible with Corticon Studio 4.3?

Actually it is not like an SDK.
It would be better to understand to evaluate the product. Visit the page below and check right side and click "Evaluate Corticon".

Then download and install the product. After installation. on the Main Menu of Corticon Studio, please click Help > Contents to see documentation files as pdf. You will find everything you need in that documentations.
