Unable to install PDSOE 64-bit

I'm trying to install the 64-bit version of Progress, but it somehow not installing the PDSOE component even when the license key is provided. Note that there is already 32-bit version installed on the same machine.

Any idea why?

OE version?
You aren’t using same install and working directories for both are you?

It looks like it has something to do with the OE Studio license in set I'm using. I used a license from another set and it worked.
