Hi

totally newbie here so go easy, so We have a schedule task and it just keeps on running, never finishes, can someone please have a look at the cmd and see if anything stick out ?

Program/script

C:\ProgressX86\OpenEdge\bin\prowin32.exe

Add arguments (optional)

-basekey "ini" -ininame K:\OH\Params\Live\progress.ini -pf K:\OH\Params\Live\startup.pf -p osbatnt.p -param ALLPAY,win32 -b

Is there away I can just run this cmd from progress CLI and see the output?

Not enough people embrace mbpro command on Windows?  It does run so long as you don't want to create windows.  Likewise you can also run mpro; but again don't try windows code.  As someone who writes code most on Linux these are still useful on Windows.
