expiration date has expired for OE Evaluation Products versi

Hi

Tried many times and differents ways to entered products serials and control codes for Win64 products version 11.7, always get the "The expiration date for the configuration information entered has expired".   Media is Win64 and I used controls codes for Win64, I double-checked many times.

I tried version 12.0 and it is fine.

Is it possible that the codes for 11.7 are no longer valid for that version even if it's still available to download ?

Thanks

Stephan

Can you send me the serial numbers and control codes via email (maher@progress.com)?

That sounds like you are trying to do a license update instead of an install

There was a valid 11.7 Win32 license installed.   So I uninstalled it and removed all registry entries that was referring to PSC / Openedge. or Progress.

Then I retried the Evaluation installation of 11.7 Win64.  No success.

I even tried on a machine without any Progress Product.  Same problem.

:-(
