Upgrading CentOS

Hello,

We are looking to update our support for CentOS. For customers who are currently using CentOS 6, what version would you be comfortable with when moving to OE 12.1 and beyond? Would you move to the latest CentOS version 7.6 or something earlier? What are the issues to moving?
