It seems the the 'nosplash' registry has no effect in OE 12. Is there another way to suppress the splash screen?
I just rename the $DLC/bin/SplashScreen.bmp to something else. Don't have 12 yet, but would assume it still works has since 9.
There's also the -nosplash startup parameter. I will look into why NoSplash isn't working in the registry.
It's not reading the setting from the registry because of a bug. I will log it and fix it.
