New PCT release

Hello all,

Almost a year after version 208, I'm pleased to announce version 209 of PCT. No support for 12.0, but you'll find a new task for class documentation (thanks to Robert Edwards, MIP), the ability to use PCTRun without a compilation license, and various improvements listed here: https://github.com/Riverside-Software/pct/releases/tag/v209

PCT is built on Jenkins (visible here), and as we eat our own dogfood, PCT source code is analyzed by the OpenEdge plugin for SonarQube. Among other things, you can see trends about the number of issues, code coverage and see line by line if OpenEdge code has been executed during the unit tests: (example here, see red and green markers on each line).

Enjoy !
