WS Log and Appserve Log file can be delete for good performa

Hi all,

We are keep the WS Log and Appserve Log file for long time (from 2006) until now, right now it maybe 30GB for once. So please highly recommend could I still keep the file for delete it? Which way for my application will be good performance than?
