Open Edge development kit Installation

Hi,

       Recently i downloaded the PROGRESS_OE_11.7_WIN_64_PDSOE development kit from your site. The admin team has installed the software in my system. A silent installation process started. But there was no confirmation whether the software was installed. A Open edge folder is created in the C drive.But that is also empty.. There are no library or db files .Kindly please provide me a solution so that i can proceed further.

Open the file named C:\Windows\oesetup.log then copy/paste the final 20 to 30 lines from the file into a reply to this post so we can see what happened.

As you are saying that OpenEdge install folder is empty, probably that installation didn't succeed. You should check for errors in oesetup.log file

I think I've see this when the install was *not* run as administrator.
