Is there any utility to turn an old DbTable.DateField into a

The Data Dictionary offers an option to change an INTEGER field (32bits) to INT64.  I was just wondering if there has ever been a utility to convert some old DATE fields to DATETIME?

I'm a bit surprised to find no article in Communities not in KBase.  Have I missed something obvious for that old OE10 topic ?
