Not sure if this is the right place to post as I did not see any other more appropriate group.
I am looking for 'Performance Wizard for Connect for JDBC' under 'Download Tools' page. Upon agreeing to the 'JDBC Performance Wizard Agreement', I was directed to a page with no links to download the tool. In fact, I have tried for all (ODBC, ODBC64, JDBC, ADO.NET & .NET) with same results, no download links.
By the way, I was referencing from PKB Article #23349.
Please advise.

Is this an applet? you may need java switched on in the browser to get to it?
Have you accepted the agreement as per the instructions on the page? Works ok for me.

Apparently my web browser Firefox (64-bit) and Chrome does not support Java plug-ins (NPAPI). My IE crashes upon agreeing to the agreement. Issue solved, just work with either a Firefox (32-bit) or IE or other browsers from another computer.

I guess we have a little problem with these "performance wizard" download pages... Let me report that back to the team in charge
