I've just installed OE 11.6 64-bit evaluation on Windows 10 Pro 64-bit and set up resource polling.
Resource polling does not work at all because of errors on obtaining values for every polled resource. May be i need to set any permissions?

The win32 shell exceptions are a bug in the JVM which we managed to trigger on some windows installations. The number format exceptions is our bug and is triggered by running on non-English locales where comma is used instead of decimal points in floating point numbers.
You will need to call tech support. There is one hotfix already available for OpenEdge, 11.6.001, that addresses some of this, and another one pending that will address several other issues that you will run into in OEM.
