Has anyone done any research or have any information on sending faxes from a cloud environment? I have googled around for solutions like email-to-fax but I have no idea if these are good, bad, ugly, feasible...
I have a customer that wants to move their ERP to a local cloud provider. They are a small company and their server room is a closet in someone's office. Like so many, they have been lucky for 20 years but they realize they can't stay lucky forever.
We've had both good and bad experiences. Best get a trial account to see it works for you.
Bad : At one point we signed up with an email to fax gateway provider and found out that their idea of a gateway was an outlook-only plug-in.
Good : One of our customers uses efax.com and is happy with it.
