It looks like Progress website has been updated. I can't find the link to add/maintain support cases.

Then once you have created a new thread within one of our Community forum, you should then see an option for you to push the thread to our Support team, as shown below. This is a great way to first start posting a problem/question to all our Community members and in case you may not get the answer you're looking for you can still then engage with our Support.
