regarding .NET UI

sir

i need an clarification as on follows

1. such that .NET UI is an framework through which ABL can have an interoperability between .NET and progress

this also allows to use the utilities in .NET as on using ABL utilities. Am i right or wrong pls clarify

2.i gone through the documents but i cannot find out how to install and configure .NET and progress.

Can any one explain me the procedure or direct me to the documents which provides me how to install and configure .NET and progress
