I have a problem.
After success installation I can't find MSS DataServer or
ODBC DataServer folders in Progress Explorer.
The installation process was done success. I've selected "Complete"-option in installation process.
Progress version is 9.1C.
Could you, please, help me and explain this situation.

during install, can you remember if you typed in a license number and control codes for the dataserver?
If not, there's your problem, it's a seperate product that needs to be licensed and activated.
