Where does one report bugs ?

Product bugs should be reported to Tech Support (who will test and, if confirmed, supply you with a bug number).

Much more effective than the ERS..

BTW it's the WebSpeed remote file transfer bug that, I think, first showed up in 9.1C and was fixed later on in one of the service packs, looks like it found his way back in one of the 9.1E service packs.

Do you know if there's a copy of the older rcode files somewhere ? maybe on the FTP site.

It makes working with the AppBuilder remotely a real pain.

No, I don't, unfortunately..

If you took a backup before installing the SP, then the files will be in the backup folder and you could always copy them back..

Otherwise, a fresh install of 9.1E and the SPs before the bug was introduced on another machine to grab the files in question is the route I would take (if you don't have the SP before this latest one, ask TS to put it on the FTP server for you, as they have access to all the old SPs).
